It was a gift to my mom. She was vere pleased with a design and material of the watches.I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she just loves it; wears it every opportunity she gets.As expectedComfyI'm a big fan of DKNY designs and have been for years. So I had fairly high expectations for this watch and I will say that I am definitely NOT disappointed. I don't tend to wear women's watches because I generally find them too dainty and small...so when I find one that isn't afraid to be a watch and don't want to pretend it's a bracelet, I will pick it up. I'm REALLY glad I picked up this one. Here's why:1. It's gorgeous. And it's simple. Just like many of DKNY designs, which are usually fairly minimalist. Aside from Kenneth Cole, I can't think of anyone who does the art of understated elegance better than DKNY does and in that department, this watch is a home run.2. It's got a nice thin face so it's not bulky.3. The band is 33mm so it's not teeny, which I appreciate for reasons explained above.4. The dial and face enclosure is shiny, and the stones surrounding it give it a little "pop" of "wow" which is very nice.5. It's water resistant, which I found out when I forgot I was wearing it and reached into the pool to grab something. Otherwise I would have not tested this - this is not a watch for diving etc so I wouldn't try that.6. It's a great every day watch - elegant enough for the boardroom, the office, a nice dinner, etc but also great for wearing to run errands or to go get tacos. The classic look and design matches with everything, too.7. The band is stainless steel so it will stay in good shape for a long time.8. It comes in a very nice, minimal design, classy black box that makes it VERY giftable. Compared to many other designer watches, this one is a bit below average in price ($135 as of this writing) but if you give this to someone, they will likely think you spent much more ;-)Overall, this is a very nice, modern, elegant watch that is well worth it's price tag and then some. Highly recommend it if you are looking for something classy that you can wear anywhere and will hold up for a long time to come. It's simple, chic and she can wear it with anything.I'm not usually a fan of watches from fashion brands as they have a habit of splashing their branding across their products to the detriment of the overall look, but the sober and subdued DKNY initials in gold block letters don't harm this watch at all. The face still looks simple and clean.I'd prefer a leather strap on a watch like this, but the mesh bracelet looks nice and feels high quality.Easy to set and easy to read. Fits well. It’s a sturdy watch as the bracelet is quite big but at the same time, it’s chic. Also keeps perfect time.
