Received item quickly. Heater is easy to assemble with clear instructions. Burner assembly unit was missing a few screws around the igniter panel. Contacted Amazon with issue and they reached out to the seller. Seller contacted me within a few hours and had a replacement burner assembly in the mail that day. Received box in just a few days with new part. Seller was very professional and kind. My heater provides plenty of heat on my deck for those chilly nights.
